Narrative of Services:

My practice is approximately 50% obsessive-compulsive and related disorders.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I specialize in treating OCD-spectrum disorders and trauma-related disorders (including PTSD). I use evidence-based approaches including exposure and ritual prevention, prolonged exposure, and cognitive processing therapy. I also have a solid background in DBT.

Training Description:

I have completed several trainings and consultation groups through IOCDF. I participate in bi-weekly group consultation with Atlanta CBT, and I attend the annual online IOCDF conference. I have been treating OCD using evidence-based approaches since 2022.
