Narrative of Services:

The majority of patients that I treat struggle with OCD and/or another anxiety disorder. I have worked successfully with many patients struggling with OCD and other anxiety disorders including panic disorder, phobias, and generalized anxiety. I am passionate about working with people who struggle with anxiety and OCD because I understand the negative impact these conditions can have on a person’s life. Both intensive therapy and standard 50 minute therapy sessions are offered in my practice. Treatment is individualized to each individual and typically a combination of CBT and ERP is utilized with my patients.

Training Description:

I am a licensed psychologist with a passion for helping people who are suffering from OCD, anxiety disorders, chronic worry, and panic disorder. I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston. I have over 12 years of experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with patients.

I have completed the BTTI through IOCDF, and the Intensive Exposure and Ritual Prevention training program for the treatment of OCD, at the CTSA at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, I am Level 5 certified in TEAM-CBT. I am also involved in training and consultation of other clinicians.

Diversity Statement:

I have experience and enjoy working with individuals from many diverse populations. My practice offers culturally sensitive services to all individuals including people of color, immigrants, women and LGBTQ+ individuals. My goal as a therapist is to get to know the unique background and identities of each of my clients.

I have extensive training in providing culturally competent therapy. Additionally, I am Co-Director of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee at the Feeling Good Institute and a member of the IOCDF Diversity Advisory Council.
