Narrative of Services:

I offer intensive treatment (2 to four hours of treatment daily for 1-2 weeks) for individuals looking to overcome struggles with OCD or anxiety sooner rather than later. About 50% of my practice involves working with individuals with OCD. I use ERP, rumination-focused ERP, and TEAM-CBT (developed by Dr. David Burns) in my work with patients.

Training Description:

I have been treating OCD patients for 14 years with ERP. I attended the 2017 St. Petersburg Behavior Therapy Training Institute, and from 2011-2012 participated in a consultation group focusing on treatment of OCD led by a co-director of the Anxiety and Stress Disorders Institute of Maryland. In 2021 and 2022 I participated in a total of 6 training sessions offered by Dr. Michael Greenberg in Rumination-Focused ERP. I have been a member of the IOCDF since 2012 and have attended four of its conferences. I have also attended trainings by Dr. Reid Wilson and Dr. David Burns.

Diversity Statement:

I offer a sliding scale for members of traditionally minoritized communities, including the BIPOC community and the LGBTQ+ community.

I have completed a 6-hour Anti-Racism training at the Diversity and Resiliency Institute of El Paso and a workshop in Making TEAM-CBT More Effective Through Social Justice-Informed Therapy by Dr. Meag-gan O’Reilly, PhD at the Feeling Good Institute. I am also registered to complete an 8-hour course in Advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in TEAM-CBT starting 3/17/22 at the Feeling Good Institute.
