Narrative of Services:

I provide individual therapy services for adults, teens, and children ages 4+ struggling with OCD and related anxiety disorders. I also provide parent consultation for parents of children with OCD and related anxiety disorders. The majority of my caseload struggles with anxiety, OCD, or something along this spectrum.

Training Description:

During my years as an associate, I trained in evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response, and acceptance and commitment therapy for OCD and related anxiety disorders. I also completed the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) through the IOCDF, as well as Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) training, another evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders.
