Narrative of Services:

I offer treatment for OCD, ASD, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, and Anxiety-related disorders at a frequency dictated by client needs. Therefore, the treatment provided ranges from bi-weekly to multiple times weekly and depends on client functioning and availability.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I have specialized training in the co-occurrence of OCD, ASD, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, and Anxiety-Related disorders. We will first focus on the most impairing behaviors and will begin intervention in this domain, with an awareness of co-occurring behaviors and their function throughout treatment.

Training Description:

I completed specialized training during my post-doctoral fellowship in the OCD intensive outpatient clinic at the University of Florida College of Medicine Department of Psychiatry Division of Psychology. I gained in-depth training on the co-occurrence of OCD with ASD, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, and Anxiety-Related disorders in assessment and treatment.

Diversity Statement:

I have a graduate certificate from the University of Kansas in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Therefore, my work is often grounded in an awareness of the social and political factors that impact client functioning, with autonomy and agency being at the center of our work together

With a doctorate in counseling psychology, a large part of my doctoral training focused on the importance of cultural factors and the impact of diversity on client outcomes. Therefore, I strive to provide a welcoming space, which allows for the open discussion of all important identities and encourages the sharing of diverse experiences.
