My practice specializes in the treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders, which make up approximately 80% of my caseload. I have treated over 100 individuals with OCD and OC-related concerns, including panic disorder, phobias, health anxiety, and perfectionism. Using ERP, ACT, and CBT, I provide evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs through individual therapy and structured intensives. My approach emphasizes measurable progress, self-compassion, and long-term resilience.
specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, panic, and phobias, often working with clients who also experience depression, ADHD, perfectionism, burnout, and other co-occurring concerns. Many of my clients struggle with chronic worry, intrusive thoughts, overcontrol, and self-criticism that interfere with relationships, focus, and daily functioning. Treatment integrates ERP, ACT, and CBT to address both primary and overlapping symptoms—helping clients build flexibility, improve attention and emotional regulation, reduce avoidance, and reconnect with meaning and momentum.
I have over 12 years of experience providing therapy and began specializing in OCD and related anxiety disorders in 2019 after completing the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). Since then, I have received ongoing supervision from a senior provider in the field and have extensive experience using ERP, ACT, and CBT in both weekly and intensive formats. My approach focuses on helping clients reduce avoidance, build tolerance for uncertainty, and make meaningful, lasting change through evidence-based, values-driven care.
I work with clients from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds and strive to provide an inclusive, culturally responsive space. While I identify as Jewish, my practice is not faith-based. However, I am comfortable incorporating Jewish values, traditions, or perspectives into therapy when it aligns with a client’s preferences or identity. I approach all cultural and spiritual contexts with curiosity, humility, and respect, ensuring clients feel understood and supported within the framework of their own experiences and beliefs.
