Narrative of Services:

I offer outpatient individual counseling to adults. Individuals with OCD and/or anxiety disorders make up the majority of my current caseload.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Anxiety disorders, depression, sleep issues, phobias, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs)

Training Description:

I am an LCMHC based in North Carolina. I have been working with individuals with OCD and anxiety disorders in a clinical setting since 2021. I am passionate about CBT and ACT treatment and offer ERP that is guided by the strengths and values of each unique individual.
