Narrative of Services:

My current private practice caseload consists of 80% OCD and related disorders. Throughout my doctorate training & early career, I have worked with over 100 patients with these presentations.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I specialize in OCD, anxiety-related disorders (e.g., skin picking, social anxiety, panic disorder), and perfectionism. I also have training in working with trauma, depression, relationship issues, and personality disorders. I use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Habit Reversal Training (HRT) when necessary. My treatment structure begins with psychoeducation on the patient’s disorder, followed by skills work, and then the implementation of the targeted intervention.

Training Description:

I have been treating OCD and OCD spectrum disorders for 4 years and received specialized training at the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy in New York. I was supervised for 3 years by the director of the center, who is a member of IOCDF and part of their most recent Pure-O conference panel. I completed my predoctoral externship and postdoctoral fellowship at the center. I have been working with individuals with OCD throughout my training and continue to do so in my own private practice. I have a unique specialization in the comorbidity of OCD, specifically Pure-O, and perfectionism.
