Narrative of Services:

OCD can feel overwhelming— but therapy can help you take it back. My practice provides affirming OCD therapy for adults and teens 16+, including LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and non-monogamous populations. About 75% of my caseload focuses on OCD across a wide range of presentations and themes. I use Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to guide values-driven, collaborative care. With a neurodivergent-affirming lens, I treat your differences as natural and valid, helping you increase self-acceptance, build self-trust, and reclaim your life— so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and freedom to be yourself.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

OCD is loud— but when it overlaps with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, or depression, it can get even harder to untangle. Therapy with me is structured, collaborative, and affirming from the start. We carefully sort out what’s OCD and what isn’t, so we’re targeting the right process right away. As a lived experience clinician with Autism, ADHD, and OCD, I practice from a neurodivergent-affirming lens— Your brain isn’t broken, and your differences are not problems to “fix.” Together, we reduce shame, strengthen self-trust, and build self-compassion, so you can move toward what matters while staying rooted in your real, authentic self.

Training Description:

Living with OCD can feel isolating— I provide expertise, understanding, and affirmation. I am a licensed professional counselor with 9 years of experience and specialized training in therapies for OCD, including Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I treat diverse OCD presentations, including complex and co-occurring cases, and my work is informed by lived experience. My collaborative, neurodivergent-affirming approach provides you with practical support while honoring your individuality, helping you to reduce OCD’s impact as you learn to embrace your real, authentic self.

Diversity Statement:

Navigating OCD can be challenging— especially when you want support that honors all of you. I provide therapy to adults and teens 16+ from diverse cultural groups, including various sexual orientations, gender identities, neurotypes, and relationship structures. As a queer, non-binary, transmasculine human with neurodivergent and non-monogamous personal identities, I bring lived experience and cultural humility to my work. I create an affirming space where you can feel seen, respected, and supported, tailoring interventions to honor your identity, values, and experiences. My goal is to provide inclusive OCD support, honoring the fullness of who you are— without compromise or judgment.

My training in cultural competency includes graduate-level education as well as ongoing continuing education focused on neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and trauma-informed approaches. I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent clients, queer and trans individuals, and people with chronic illness or disabilities, and I integrate this knowledge into all aspects of my work. I am committed to creating therapy spaces that are inclusive, affirming, and respectful of each person’s lived experiences, identities, and cultural context. My approach ensures that interventions are tailored to honor each client’s strengths, values, and full range of human diversity while promoting empowerment and self-trust.
