Narrative of Services:
My practice is almost entirely OCD. I work with all subtypes of OCD. I am currently conducting therapy over telemedicine.
Training Description:
I have completed the OCD training through Thrive Training for OCD. I have completed additional hours of clinical supervision through Thrive and IOCDF. I utilize ERP focusing on values and sprinkling in some ACT principals along the way.
Diversity Statement:
I have been a Clinical Social Worker for nearly 10 years and I have worked in diverse settings during my time in Social Work. Currently my practice includes a culturally diverse population which is representative of the Seattle Area.
As a Clinical Social Worker, my practice is grounded in justice-based principles informed by my training and education. I actively engage in continuing education focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and with various disabilities, which has deepened my commitment to inclusive and equitable care.
