Narrative of Services:
I primarily use ERP to treat OCD and will occasionally supplement ERP with I-CBT. Most of my clients see me for OCD or anxiety related disorders.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I worked at Rogers Behavioral Health as a therapist on the children’s OCD/anxiety unit and received my training there. I have been treating OCD for 4 years.

I have experience working with a wide variety of clients, from many different backgrounds. I identify as queer myself and offer queer affirming therapy.

I’ve attended diversity focused CEUs and continuously strive to check my own unconscious bias. Many of the clients I have worked with have diverse identities and backgrounds.
