Narrative of Services:
80% of my practice is dedicated to treating OCD, and the remaining 20% focuses on anxiety disorders such as panic, generalized anxiety, health anxiety, and phobias. I transitioned to a fully online practice in 2021 and have found it not only more convenient for clients but often more effective, as therapy can take place around real-life triggers, whether at home, with certain people, or in specific situations. In addition to my clinical work, I also provide consultation and training to other therapists seeking to strengthen their skills in treating OCD and anxiety disorders.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

In addition to OCD, I specialize in treating all major anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, agoraphobia, health anxiety, phobias, and social anxiety. I also treat co-occurring depression. My approach is structured and evidence-based, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Exposure Therapy for anxiety disorders, and Behavioral Activation for depression. These approaches help clients systematically face fears, reduce avoidance, and re-engage with meaningful activities that restore motivation and improve mood.

Training Description:

I’ve been treating OCD and anxiety since 2011. In addition to earning my master’s degree in clinical social work with a focus in mental health, I received post-graduate training from the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, specializing in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Exposure Therapy. I’ve developed OCD training programs for other behavioral health organizations, presented twice at IOCDF conferences, and continue ongoing professional education through advanced trainings and conferences focused on the most effective, evidence-based treatments for OCD and anxiety.

Diversity Statement:

I strive to create a therapeutic space that is welcoming, affirming, and culturally sensitive for individuals from all backgrounds. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from diverse racial, cultural, and religious identities, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is rooted in respect, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand each person’s unique experiences and values, ensuring that treatment feels both personalized and inclusive.
