Narrative of Services:

I empower adults navigating OCD—especially those dealing with intrusive thoughts (harm, violence, health/contamination), perfectionism, relationship OCD, pedophilia OCD, scrupulosity—as well as co-occurring skin-picking and hair-pulling disorders. I also bring skill and experience in supporting queer, kinky, CNM-identified, nonbinary, and biracial clients.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I specialize in treating co-occurring OCD and ADHD, which often present with overlapping symptoms like intrusive thoughts, inattention, and mental fatigue. I use a combination of ERP, I-CBT, and ADHD-informed strategies such as externalization tools, executive functioning support, and structured pacing. Treatment is individualized to balance OCD exposures with realistic planning and self-compassion.
