Narrative of Services:
Currently our clinics cases are approximately 75% OCD or OC related disorders. We provide evidence based care for OCD clients including exposure and response prevention, habit reversal and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I treat co-occurring generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, depression, eating disorders including ARFID as well as chronic health conditions including gastrointestinal difficulties or genetic conditions. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, dialectical behavioral therapy, parent management training, habit replacement training, and family-based approaches. I use these different evidence based principles to create a unique plan for each individual.
Training Description:
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specialized in the treatment of anxiety and OCD and related disorders during a two year postdoctoral fellowship. Prior to that I spent an additional year completing training for anxiety and OCD disorders as well as a year completing treatment for eating disorders including ARFID, and body focused disorders.
