The co-occuring disorders we treat but are not limited to include Post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, dissociation (derealization/depersonalization, etc), and autism spectrum diagnoses. We offer various levels of services such as individual therapy session IOP, and PHP.
I have 10 years of experience in social services and have been trained in ACT, CBT, DBT, Trauma- informed treatment, crisis management and more. I also have been trained in Exposure and Response Prevention by a member of the IOCDF board.
As an advocate for diversity and inclusivity, I takes pride in being BIPOC and LGBTQ+ ally. My personal understanding of the importance of representation and cultural sensitivity informs my interactions, ensuring that every individual’s unique experiences are acknowledged and respected.
Our groups include: Monday Mindfulness & Acceptance, 11 am – 12 pm; Tuesday Triumph in Relationships 1-2pm; Wednesday Awareness & Awakening, 11 am – 12 pm; Throwback Thursday, Keeping your Hard-won Gains, 1pm – 2pm; Future Friday’s Making Intention Reality, 11 am – 12 pm. These groups are $50 and may be reimbursed by insurance.
