Narrative of Services:

I work with older adolescents and adults who feel stuck in cycles of severe anxiety, OCD, and related conditions. My practice offers virtual, evidence-based treatment tailored to each client’s symptoms, goals, and readiness for change. I integrate ERP, ACT, RF-ERP, and CBT to help clients reduce avoidance, build flexibility, and move toward lives guided by their values. Because these disorders affect people across identities, I work with clients from diverse genders, beliefs, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. Sessions are active and collaborative, emphasizing skill practice and real-world application. Clients often report increased confidence, greater agency, and a healthier relationship with distress.

Training Description:

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State, specializing in anxiety and OCD-related disorders since 2018. I am trained in ERP, ACT, RF-ERP, and CBT through extensive clinical experience, specialized OCD supervision, IOCDF and ADAA trainings, group consultation, and work with Cornerstone OCD and Anxiety Group. I also provide consultation to therapists treating anxiety and OCD and am committed to ongoing learning to offer the most effective care. Prior to clinical practice, I worked in public instrumental music education; my background in jazz improvisation enhances my ability to assess quickly, respond flexibly, and provide effective therapeutic direction.

Diversity Statement:

Throughout my master’s counseling program, I received training in DEI principles and developed sensitivity to the diverse experiences of clients. I am guided by a personal belief that I am called to love everyone and honor the inherent worth of all people. I view each client as unique and amazing, and my role is not to define who they are, but to come alongside them in stepping into their authentic selves based on their own values and beliefs. For intensive work like ERP, a strong, collaborative therapeutic alliance—me and the client versus the OCD—is essential
