My passion is providing the best evidence based treatment for Anxiety, OCD and related disorders. I know personally how debilitating OCD can be as a parent of children with OCD. I also know that evidenced based treatment works and people can reclaim their lives and pursue those things in life that bring them meaning and joy. The majority of my clients have OCD and related disorders.

I also treat other anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, illness anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic disorder and emetophobia and major depressive disorder. My approach to other anxiety disorders is heavily based on exposure and the elimination of safety behaviors and avoidance, with cognitive work, metacognitive work, and mindfulness used to supplement these strategies.

I received specialized training through the IOCDF and NOCD in Exposure and Response Prevention and completed SPACE training, a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety. I have also been trained in ICBT and continue to get supervision with Bronwyn Shroyer. In addition I am completing a certification through CBI in EXRP.

I have pursued post graduate education on issues of culture and diversity and am committed to treating all my patients with respect and consideration for their cultural needs, and to continue to learn and develop as a cultural sensitive clinician.
