Narrative of Services:
About half of the people who come through our doors are struggling with OCD or a related disorder. If you’ve lived it, you know it’s not just “quirks” or being neat—it’s misery on repeat. We specialize in evidence-based care (CBT, ERP) that actually helps people break free from OCD’s grip. Over the years, we’ve worked with hundreds of clients across every OCD theme imaginable, and we also train other therapists so more people get real, effective help instead of half-measures.

Training Description:
I’ve spent the past 10 years helping people face down OCD and its many disguises. Alongside direct client work, I run trainings and webinars for clinicians, families, and folks living with OCD, showing how ERP can actually become part of real life instead of a textbook exercise. I’ve taught practitioners worldwide how to integrate ERP into their practices, and I’m currently writing a book on relationship therapy for couples where OCD is the uninvited third wheel. My work blends evidence-based grit with a very human touch—because OCD is brutal, but recovery doesn’t have to be joyless.
Diversity Statement:
Over 25 years in psychology, I’ve had the privilege of working in multicultural clinics across Toronto, Montréal, London, and Cambodia. My training at McGill University’s Transcultural Psychiatry Unit deepened my understanding of how culture shapes both distress and healing. I speak four languages, which allows me to connect across diverse communities with nuance and care. This work has taught me that OCD and related struggles wear different cultural masks, but the human need for compassion and effective treatment is universal.
My cultural competency has grown out of practice, not just theory. Working with clients across continents has shown me how identity, migration, faith, and family structures shape the way OCD and anxiety show up. I approach each client with cultural humility, curiosity, and flexibility—adjusting language, metaphors, and treatment to meet people where they are, rather than forcing them into a one-size-fits-all model.
