Judy A. Lair, LPCC
Telehealth OCD Program (Ohio, North Carolina, Kentucky, Michigan)
Narrative of Services:
I’ve worked with clients for 18 years. I understand how brain “coding issues” misinterpret events, thoughts, and feelings and give you wrong information causing an increase in anxiety. Whether your anxiety is rooted in Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, my 6-week (9 sessions) Teletherapy program will help you identify, understand, and take action to decrease your symptoms and increase your quality of life.
In 2002 I graduated with a M.A. in Clinical Pastoral Counseling. Licensed in the State of Ohio, I completed the BTTI training offered by International OCD Foundation. I have operated a successful private practice specializing in Anxiety Disorders since 2003. In 2020 I moved to Raleigh, North Carolina and am a contract provider for NOCD as well as offering my own specialized teletherapy anxiety program. I’m currently licensed in Ohio, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Michigan.
