Narrative of Services:

At any given time, a significant portion of my practice involves the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders for adults age 18 and older. I offer telehealth services and am licensed as a LPC Colorado, Arizona, and Virginia, and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado. I also offer telehealth services in several countries outside of the U.S. I accept self-pay, HAS/FSA cards, many Employee Assistance Programs, and only in Virginia am I a Medicaid provider.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I am dually credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. Treatment with a substance use disorder and OCD involves a combination of ERP and Motivational Interviewing, often with additional treatment of underlying trauma. In treatment, we will focus on both trauma and the triggers to use, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy.
