Ashgrove Counseling provides individual telehealth counseling sessions for OCD, anxiety, and trauma related disorders. 90% of the clients at Ashgrove Counseling have a diagnosis of OCD and/or OCD related disorders. Ashgrove Counseling has helped countless individuals develop skills and confidence to combat their symptoms.

At Ashgrove Counseling we treat OCD as well as anxiety disorders such as Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, and Body Dysmorphia. We also treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Acute Stress Disorder.
We offer weekly individual counseling sessions via a secure telehealth platform.

Ashlee Lauer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Utah. She has been treating OCD and/or OCD Spectrum Disorders since 2016. She started as support staff at The OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center is Bountiful, Utah where she was trained and supervised by senior therapists in the field. Upon her completion of graduate school, she continued developing her skills through direct skills trainings and by providing OCD therapy in outpatient and intensive outpatient settings.
