Narrative of Services:

My practices is anxiety and OCD focused.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Each client is unique. Integrative Psychotherapy offers a comprehensive and adaptable approach to mental health treatment. Integrative framework combines various therapeutic modalities to address the diverse and complex needs of each individual. Rather than adhering strictly to one specific model, I utilize the strengths of various therapeutic approaches to address the unique aspects of an individual’s mental and emotional well-being.
Working from an integrative approach, I utilize evidence-based techniques, such as CBT, ACT, Inference-Based therapy(I-CBT), ERP, mindfulness, Brainspotting, psychodynamic, person-centered, narrative, and attachment approaches with a genuine, direct, down-to-earth therapeutic attitude.

Training Description:

Tamar is experienced in working with OCD and related disorders in children and adult including BFRB, hoarding, and tics.

I-CBT training
Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy for OCD/ Cognitive Behavior Institute.
Habitual reversal therapy
ERP training during two years program of CBT training in Israel /ITA – the Israeli Association for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
