Narrative of Services:

Kelsi specializes in evidence-based Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) treatment including Perfectionism, Contamination, Just Right, Scrupulosity/Morality, Health, P-OCD, Harm/Violent intrusive thoughts, and Sexual Obsessions. She also treats Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders (PANDAS / PANS) as well as Phobias, Generalized Anxiety, and Social Anxiety. Treatment moves at the client’s pace to intentionally face uncomfortable thoughts and feelings while rewiring the responses within the brain. The end result: increased relief from anxiety and greater self confidence.

Ages seen: Children 5-7 for predominantly parent coaching; Children 8+, teens & adults for individual and/or family therapy.

Training Description:

Kelsi has 8 years of experience providing Exposure and Response Prevention treatment, the gold standard treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. She previously served as the Program Supervisor of The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s Pediatric OCD Intensive Outpatient Programs and Pediatric OCD Outpatient Clinic. Kelsi spent 4+ years training student interns (masters, PhD, PsyD) at UPMC competitive graduate internship program at the Pediatric OCD Clinic. She has attended IOCDF’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute and trained under leading experts in the field including members of the IOCDF Scientific Board and top Physicians in the treatment of Pediatric OCD & PANDAS/PANS.
