Margaret Boyer Liftik PhD
I currently work as an outpatient therapist at the Capital Institute for Cognitive Therapy, where I work with adults with OCD, anxiety, and mood disorders. I use a cognitive-behavioral approach, including exposure and response prevention.
I completed my PhD at the University of Vermont in 2003, where I focused on cognitive-behavioral therapy and practiced at the Behavior Therapy and Psychotherapy Center. I completed my internship at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School and a postdoctoral fellowship at the OCD Institute, where I worked as a behavior therapist. I also completed a fellowship at Stanford Medical School, where I later worked as a clinical instructor through the OCD Clinic.
