I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders. I provide exposure and response prevention (ERP) and medication management for adults and adolescents. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, integrating behavioral and pharmacologic treatments to reduce avoidance and promote long-term recovery. I emphasize education, safety, and steady progress toward individualized goals. In-person and telehealth sessions are available to ensure accessible, consistent care.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020 and completed a postgraduate psychiatric residency in 2022. I am board certified as a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and obtained the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International in 2024.
