AMK Counseling provides outpatient therapy services for children, adolescent, and adult clients that experiences complex anxiety and OCD. All therapists are trained in ERP and carry individuals with OCD on their caseload. We also have therapist trained in SPACE to provide support to parents. Over 50% of my caseload is individuals with anxiety disorders or OCD, including both children and adults.

I have been working with clients experiencing OCD or other complex anxiety diagnoses for five years. I engage in regular supervision and training related to this work, including with our practice’s Director of OCD and Complex Anxiety Services.

My work with clients includes interventions and resources from ERP, CBT, DBT and ACT. I regularly participate in trainings to expand skills in these areas and better conceptualize these diagnoses.

As an Asian American, part of my caseload includes individuals seeking providers with shared lived experiences. Our practice also houses The Infinite Possibilities Program, a nonprofit focused on empowering individuals by improving mental health, creating opportunities, and promoting inclusivity. Our team is committed to building a more equitable Chicago by increasing access to culturally competent care and support services.

Our practice regularly engages in trainings and forums related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. I also attend external trainings related to cultural competence and diversity.
