Most individuals who come to work with me have primary concerns and symptoms of Anxiety and OCD. I also work with a growing population of women and men experiencing postpartum onset of OCD and Anxiety, and historically many clients of mine have sought treatment for panic disorder.

I have special training in working with trichotillomania and skin picking as well as prolonged exposure for trauma diagnoses as well. All the work I do is grounded in empirical evidence and you can read more about my approach on my website limitlesscounselingcenter.com

I began my training in OCD and Anxiety treatment at Rogers Memorial Hospital in 2015. Since then I have worked in both higher levels of care as well as outpatient facilities, treating individuals with those diagnoses. I completed intensive CBT University through Rogers, and then have worked with individuals 15 and older treating symptoms of high anxiety, panic disorder, skin picking, hair pulling, and OCD for 5 years. Specific Phobias and Postpartum OCD are two areas of specialty I have currently and I also treat trauma along with other co-occurring disorders.

Marquette University, where I graduated from, has a high emphasis on cultural competency and I completed extra research surrounding the topic. My main training and passion is developing a balance as not only competent but an advocate for individuals from diverse populations.
