Approximately 75% of my practice consists of individuals, parents, and families seeking treatment for OCD and OC Related Disorders.
I have additional expertise in working with the unique needs of athletes and individuals with high performance professions. I am a member of the IOCDF Anxiety in Athletes task for and a member of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Mental Health registry.
For over 15 years I have provided clinical mental health and performance based services for individuals, families and couples with OCD and co-occurring disorders within IOP and traditional OP settings. I specialize in working with high performance individuals and elite athletes. My practice utilizes evidence based treatment modalities including DBT, ACT, CBT, ERP, PE, and The Gottman Method.
I have received extensive training and supervision from Yale, McLean Hospital, The Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, The IOCDF BTTI, SPACE, UPMC WPH, The Gottman Institute and Behavioral Tech Institute.
I provide group therapy for Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE). Groups are offered for individuals who are participating in individual therapy; and also families and loved ones.
