Narrative of Services:

At The Mindfulness & Change Group, I specialize in treating children (age 2 to 13) struggling with OCD, anxiety, and social, behavioral and emotional challenges. I employ evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure response prevention (ERP), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to provide most effective treatment.
My approach is collaborative, practical and guided by core behavioral and relational principles to help parents & children navigate their lives, regain control, respond more effectively to their challenges, and, ultimately, thrive.
