I keep a small practice to provide specialty and tailored treatment for OCD. My caseload is approximately 80-90% OCD cases with the remainder related anxiety and depressive disorders. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure response prevention techniques to maximize treatment efficacy.
I have worked with OCD for over 20 years. I have a B.A. from UCLA in Psychology and an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from CSUF. I trained at the UCLA Obsessive Disorders Clinic for nearly two years as an undergraduate. I am involved with the OCD Foundation and am a graduate of the adult, child and advanced BTTI programs. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician by PSI (Postpartum Support International). I am trained in EMDR and SPACE. I also served as co-therapist to Dr. Reid Wilson in his 2 day treatment program for OCD.
