Narrative of Services:
In my private practice, I specialize in anxiety disorders, including OCD, panic disorder, PTSD, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I utilize only evidence-based treatments, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness training, and strive with every client and family to deliver the highest standard of care, with warmth and compassion. Over a third of my clients have OCD; in my work with these clients, I provide Exposure and Response Prevention (Ex/RP). This often includes home visits and meeting outside of the office. With children and adolescents, I provide psychoeducation and ongoing support for family members. I am also a DBT specialist.

Training Description:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Connecticut. I received my MSW degree from Columbia University. I completed intensive training in Ex/RP through the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and receive ongoing consultation in Ex/RP through the University of Pennsylvania. I also participate in an ongoing peer supervision group with other OCD specialists.
