About 60 percent of my practice is devoted to OCD treatment and about 20 percent to panic and anxiety related disorders.
Panic Disorder, borderline personality disorder, obsessive compulsive personality disorder, Attention deficit and híper activity disorder, autism, anger issues, mood disorders.
I have post-doctoral training in DBT therapy that I obtained in St. Christopher’s Residential Treatment . We used distress tolerance techniques to help with rumination and strong distressing emotions. and self harm. My practicums included separation anxiety. Attended OCD conference 2018 and virtual BTTI 2022.
My practice is diverse. We offer services to Afro Caribbean, Latino, Asian, and Caucasian clients.
Worked many years in NYC where I obtained training and experience with multicultural issues. I graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, with a Ph. D in Clinical Psychology. My program includes both clinical and research experience with cultural competences.
