The primary focus in my private practice is serving individuals, along with their families, who meet criteria for anxiety disorders as well as those with OCD and related disorders. I reserve a certain amount of therapy spots for individuals who are seeking therapy services and also meet criteria for OCD and related disorders. I have attended training through the IOCDF and am currently engaged in follow up calls to fully complete my most recent course of training with the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute.

While completing my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at the University of Central Oklahoma, I received extensive training in CBT along with training in Exposure/Response Prevention. After earning my professional license, I have completed some training in Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tics as well as participate in ongoing consultation with a psychologist at the University of Central Oklahoma who specializes in OCD and related disorders to engage in best practices and provide continued evidence-based and ethical services to clients. I have engaged in therapy services with individuals with OCD and related disorders since 2014.
