100% of my practice is focused on treating OCD and anxiety disorders. I have clocked over 500 clinical hours treating OCD, BRFB, hoarding, phobia, and generalized anxiety disorder. I specialize in ERP, ACT, CBT, and behavioral activation as primary treatment modalities.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have received specialized training in treating OCD, BRFB, hoarding, and generalized anxiety via current members of the Scientific Advisory Board.

I have experience supporting clients from many cultural backgrounds, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and religion. I utilize a client-centered approach that values and respects the unique experiences and perspectives of each individual. I strive to create a safe and affirming space for all clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and identities without judgement.
