OCD & Anxiety Specialist, LLC is a private practice focused on the treatment of OCD and related disorders. While I’m currently building my caseload, I bring extensive experience from prior work in adult and child IOP programs, where I provided evidence-based treatment (ERP, ACT, ICBT) for OCD, panic, social anxiety, and related conditions. Over 90% of my clinical focus has been dedicated to OCD and anxiety. I offer both in-person and telehealth services for clients across Pennsylvania.
I treat OCD alongside co-occurring anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders, tic/Tourette disorders, eating concerns, personality-related concerns, and substance use concerns when clinically appropriate. Treatment is individualized and may integrate ERP, I-CBT, ACT, CBT, and skills-based interventions. When a co-occurring condition requires specialized or higher-level treatment beyond my scope, I collaborate with or refer to appropriate providers while continuing OCD treatment when clinically indicated.
I began specializing in OCD treatment in 2015 during my clinical training at Western Psychiatric Hospital’s IOP, where I received intensive supervision in ERP. I’ve continued treating OCD and related disorders in outpatient and IOP settings, using ERP, ACT, and ICBT. I’ve supervised and trained others to do the same. I stay current through advanced trainings and IOCDF conference workshops, and I presented a support group at the 2024 IOCDF Conference. I now offer these services in private practice and provide supervision to early-career therapists in evidence-based treatment for OCD.
My practice is grounded in a client-centered, culturally responsive approach. I have experience working with individuals from diverse racial, ethnic, religious, and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds, including clients navigating intersecting identities and culturally influenced family dynamics. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered. The practice also offers both in-person and telehealth services across Pennsylvania to help reduce geographic and transportation barriers to specialized OCD and anxiety care.
I received formal training in cultural humility and working with diverse populations through the University of Pittsburgh’s MSW program and my clinical training at Western Psychiatric Hospital. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse racial, cultural, religious, and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds. I continue to strengthen my cultural responsiveness through ongoing education, consultation, supervision, and reflection. I consider clients’ identities, values, cultural context, and lived experiences when conceptualizing concerns and individualizing evidence-based treatment.
