Narrative of Services:
My practice includes a strong focus on the assessment and treatment of OCD and related disorders. Approximately 40–50% of my caseload consists of individuals with OCD or OCD-related conditions, including contamination, harm, and perfectionism presentations. I provide evidence-based treatment using ERP and have treated many individuals with OCD in outpatient settings. Treatment is individualized and may also address co-occurring anxiety, mood disorders, or trauma when clinically appropriate, with the goal of supporting meaningful symptom reduction and improved daily functioning.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
When OCD co-occurs with mood disorders, anxiety, or PTSD, I use an integrated, individualized approach. Treatment is grounded in evidence-based OCD care, including ERP, while also incorporating trauma-informed interventions when appropriate. For clients with a trauma history, EMDR may be used to support stabilization and reduce trauma-related distress that can interfere with OCD treatment. We move at a collaborative pace. Treatment plans are regularly reviewed and adjusted to support both symptom reduction and overall functioning.
Training Description:
I have several years of experience treating OCD and related disorders in outpatient settings, including individuals with complex co-occurring conditions. My training includes courses focused on evidence-based interventions for OCD, including ERP and exposure-based approaches. I stay current with best practices through continuing education. My approach emphasizes individualized, evidence-based care.
Diversity Statement:

I received recent training in New Mexico cultures and have worked with diverse adult populations.
