Since 2016 I have primarily treated patients with OCD and anxiety disorders. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of New Hampshire. I have completed Essentials of CBT and CBT for depression through the Beck Institute. In 2017 I attended the Anxiety and Depression Conference where I received training on both depression and anxiety. I have completed BTTI and Advanced BTTI (Behavioral Therapy Training Institute) through IOCDF. I have also attended Advanced Forum on Promoting Treatment Engagement in OCD-Related Disorders, and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) training with Yale University.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2009. In 2016 I started as a clinician at a residential treatment center that specializes in anxiety disorders and OCD. Eventually, I served as Associate Clinical Director at this facility and after working there for five years transitioned into my full-time private practice in November of 2021. I specialize in treatment of OCD, depression, Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors, and anxiety disorders through the use of ERP, CBT, DBT, and ACT modalities. Every client I work with has a primary diagnosis of either OCD or an anxiety disorder.
