Kathy Muhlenberg, LPC

My areas of expertise including treating OCD, phobias, panic disorder, and other anxiety related disorders. I have experience in treating adults, young adults, and teens. I provide both in person and virtual treatment. In-home services are available based on need and request. I take a collaborative approach in considering the whole person and strive to help my clients find their best path towards a rich meaningful life.

I am trained to implement Prolonged Exposure for the treatment of PTSD and other related trauma disorders.

I have over 15 years’ experience within the mental health field. I received my training to implement Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP for OCD) through the Center for Anxiety and Behavior Therapy in Bryn Mawr, PA. I have additional training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) that be included during treatment for OCD, anxiety, phobias, depression, and a variety of other conditions.
