Narrative of Services:

I offer therapy focused on OCD and anxiety-related challenges, using proven approaches like ERP, ACT, I-CBT, and mindfulness. About 75% of my clients come to me for help with OCD and related issues. My goal is to help clients build resilience and navigate their mental health with greater ease and self-acceptance.

Training Description:

I am an LCSW with over five years of experience treating OCD and related disorders. I hold an MSW from Columbia University and have specialized training in ERP through the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, ACT from Russ Harris’s interactive course, and CBT from the Beck Institute. Supported by ongoing supervision from leaders in the field, my practice emphasizes evidence-based approaches to help clients make meaningful progress in their recovery journey.

Diversity Statement:

I have extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients and their families, both through my time at the Ali Forney Center and in private practice. Supporting LGBTQ+ young adults and teens in their journey into adulthood with acceptance and support has been a significant part of my work. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I bring not just an understanding but lived experience, enabling me to provide empathetic care tailored to their needs.
