Narrative of Services:

Our practice specializes in OCD and anxiety disorders, offering targeted services for these conditions. Throughout my career, I have treated hundreds of clients with OCD, various phobias, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. These disorders constitute the core focus of our practice, reflecting our commitment to providing specialized care in this area.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

My treatment approach for co-occurring OCD and PTSD employs an integrated plan combining ERP for OCD with Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD. This strategy addresses both disorders, focusing on their interconnectedness.

Training Description:

My expertise in treating OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders is anchored in my certification through the Cognitive Behavioral Institute (CBI) for Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD. The majority of my caseload consists of clients with OCD as a primary or secondary concern. I have been dedicatedly treating OCD, with almost exclusive focus, for the past three years. This specialized focus is complemented by continual professional development.

Diversity Statement:

Our practice proudly serves a diverse community, encompassing individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA, BIPOC, diverse socioeconomic groups, and people from different religious and country of origin backgrounds. We are committed to providing inclusive and culturally sensitive care to individuals of all ages, ensuring that our services are accessible and relevant to the unique experiences and needs of each client. This inclusive approach is a cornerstone of our practice, reflecting our dedication to serving the entire community.

My educational background and training have provided me with extensive experience in working with diverse populations, originally focusing on homeless communities and individuals with severe mental illness.

Treatment Groups:

We currently offer an OCD skills group utilizing inference-based CBT and ACT.
