I work at an outpatient private practice that consists of many different locations in the New Hampshire region as well as over 100 clinicians. I work with approximately 25% of my caseload being OCD clients and related disorders. There are many different consultation groups within our practice for continued supervision. We also offer many therapeutic groups for our clients. We have medication management services and we take Medicare and Medicaid insurances.

I am a client centered therapist in an outpatient setting, private practice. I gear my sessions to what the client needs in that moment and what is most distressing at the time. I have worked with a variety of diagnoses. I use an eclectic approach with modalities based on what the client can benefit from. Our practice has over 100 clinicians so there are many different perspectives to learn from. We also have many different therapeutic groups that we offer as well.

I have been working with OCD for about 5 years now. I recently completed my BTTI training in 2025. I have received supervision from an advisor on the NH OCD board as well as an IOCDF supervisor.
