Historically and in my current caseloads approximately 75% of my clients have been diagnoses with OCD. I’ve worked with approximately 250 clients with this disorder over the last 5 years.
I use an exposure-based framework (ERP) as the primary treatment for OCD while integrating CBT, ACT, and skills-based interventions to address co-occurring conditions. Treatment is structured, goal-oriented, and measurement-based. When ADHD, mood disorders, tics, or trauma symptoms are present, we sequence treatment based on severity and functional impairment while maintaining an ERP foundation. I coordinate with prescribers as needed and incorporate parent work when appropriate. The focus remains reducing compulsions and avoidance while improving overall functioning and resilience.
Obtained Professional license in 2013 with a specific focus on OCD and anxiety since 2021. Attended several training conferences including ADAA conference in Washington D.C. in 2023.
