Narrative of Services:

I offer individual therapy, with a specialization in OCD. During my doctoral training I received a year of specialized training in treating OCD and went on to continue this specialized training in my post-doctoral year.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I specialize in treating OCD, and have experience with many different themes. I provide evidence-based treatments for this and any co-occurring diagnoses you may have. I frequently use CBT, ERP, ACT and REBT.

Training Description:

I hold a Psychological Doctorate, PsyD, from Ferkauf, Yeshiva University. During my doctorate I received specialized training in the treatment of OCD. I also received extra training in providing CBT, REBT, and ACT. I also specialize in treating anxiety disorders and working with high achievers using Performance Psychology.

Anyone who is willing to put in the work is welcome in my therapy room. As clinician who trained and works in New York City I have worked with clients from all over the world, representing a wide range of genders and orientations.

Cultural competency is a necessary part of any accredited doctoral program. This means accepting that you don’t know how someone’s culture or religion or gender is going to affect them, so it is best to make no assumptions and just ask.
