Narrative of Services:

I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families using evidence-based approaches rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety and OCD-related challenges, and I aim to provide a thoughtful, collaborative space where clients can build the skills and confidence to overcome their challenges and move toward lives that feel more meaningful.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I find OCD rarely presents on its own. I often work with individuals who are also experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD or other issues. I collaborate with clients to develop a practical treatment plan that prioritizes stability and addresses the most disruptive concerns first, while building cognitive- and behavior-based skills that support progress across areas of difficulty. When appropriate, I collaborate with or refer clients to other qualified professionals for concerns outside my scope of practice.

Training Description:

I completed training in the treatment of adult and pediatric OCD through the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). I have also received formal training in CBT, ACT, anxiety disorders, and OCD through Massachusetts General Hospital, the Cognitive Behavior Institute (CBI), NOCD, and other organizations. I engage in regular consultation with other experienced clinicians specializing in anxiety, OCD and related issues.
