My practice is approximately 80 percent OCD and related disorders and the remainder is focused on relational counseling.

As a parent, I have experience raising a daughter (now adult) who had severe OCD. As a professional, I have post graduate training from the IOCDF BTTI (both general and advanced sessions). I am trained in evidence-based treatment protocol for OCD and related disorders including Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
