Narrative of Services:
I’m in private practice and currently, my caseload is made up of approximately 25% OCD and spectrum disorders. Another 30% is anxiety disorders. Over the past 20 years, I’ve treated over 200 clients with OCD. Throughout the years I’ve acted as a consultant to other therapists for their clients with OCD and provide 6-hour seminars for therapists to learn how to treat OCD at conferences and at the Ferentz Institute. www.lisaferentz.com

I’ve been treating people with OCD and spectrum disorders for over 20 years. My initial training was an individual mentorship with the Director of Anxiety Disorder’s Clinic at Medical College of Virginia (Virginia Commonwealth University) (1995-1997.) Since then, I’ve taken several workshops on OCD with Edna Foa, Reid Wilson, etc. I also did the intensive group workshop with Reid Wilson at the IOCF Atlanta as an observer/therapist. I provide therapist seminars on OCD at the Ferentz Institute in Baltimore and in the past at the Psychotherapy Networker Symposium in Washington, DC.
I also work as an adjunct instructor for the Universtiy of New England in the College of Graduate and Professional Studies for the Graduate School of Social Work. All courses I teach have a strong focus on cultural competency.
