Jenna Overbaugh LPC
I work with individuals who have OCD, anxiety, and related conditions including hoarding, skin picking, hair pulling, and hoarding. I have been working with people who have OCD and anxiety since 2008 and have worked at large organizations such as Johns Hopkins and Rogers Memorial Hospital. I’m trained in evidence based treatments for OCD and anxiety including Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other empirically supported interventions.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Specific Phobias, Social Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and more. I’ve worked with some of the most debilitating cases of OCD in the world and know that it often presents with comorbid conditions.
I’ve been studying and working with people who have OCD/related conditions since 2008. I worked at Johns Hopkins in the child/adolescent OCD unit from 2012-2014 and Rogers Memorial Hospital at the residential OCD center from 2014-2020. I worked at NOCD from 2020-2022. I’ve worked with some of the most debilitating cases of OCD and anxiety in the world and have spoken at national conferences, contributed to peer reviewed literature articles, and more. I have also trained numerous other therapists to become equipped and well-versed in ERP and evidence based treatments.
