My practice offers individual outpatient therapy, both in-person and telehealth. 70% of my caseload are clients with OCD and the remaining 30% are anxiety disorders. I also offer a group for parents of anxious children twice a year using the SPACE method.

I have been treating OCD and anxiety since 2021. I primarily use ERP to treat OCD and I am currently going through ERP certification with the Cognitive Behavior Institute. I am also trained in the SPACE method, assisting parents in supporting their child(ren) who have anxiety and/or OCD. I have attended IOCDF conferences.
