Narrative of Services:

About 90% of my practice is comprised of individuals with OCD or OCD related disorders. I have a great passion for helping those struggling with OCD, over 14 years of experience working in the field, with 7 years being in private practice specializing in OCD.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat general anxiety disorders such as: generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, specific phobias, social anxiety, & separation anxiety/school refusal. Co-occuring disorders include: depression, adjustment disorder, ADHD, compulsive hoarding, body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB’s) like- trichotillomania & compulsive skin picking, body dysmorphic disorder, anxiety related Insomnia, & trauma (PTSD).

My primary treatment approach is cognitive behavioral therapy along with exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD and social anxiety and habit reversal therapy (HRT) for BFRB’s.

Training Description:

My practice specializes in the treatment of OCD and related disorders. I have been professionally trained by the International OCD Foundation in the specific treatment. I have worked in an OCD specific research lab, have been formally mentored by 2 professionals in the field, and have attended and participated in the IOCDF professional conference for many years.
