I provide evidence based outpatient therapy to adults, using primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. My practice is made up entirely of clients with anxiety and/or eating disorders, about 75% of whom have an Obsessive Compulsive or Related Disorder.

My particular areas of interest and expertise include the diagnosis and treatment of Obsessive Compulsive and Related Disorders, Phobias, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Eating Disorders. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and have been providing treatment to individuals with OCD and/or OCD Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and Eating Disorders since obtaining my license in 2013. In 2018, I completed an intensive workshop in Exposure and Response Prevention treatment for OCD at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety Disorders
